Some ppl are lowering or highering rep for no apperant reason. let me make somthing perfectly clear: ONLY REP IF IS ABOUT THE POST! NO MISC. REASONS OR THERE IS A +20 Warn (By Admin)! And the misc. reputation pts will be deleted!

---Virus, Trojans, Hacking---
Any user caught sending, hosting, or promoting viruses, trojans, or s[yware will automatically be deleted and IP banned from NcN. All users associated with the culprit will be deleted and IP banned as well, during and adter the occourance, stating they are their "Friend."

Any User Caught hacking NcN and/or the ACP (Admin Control Panel) they will be banned for 2 weeks. if the culprit has accomplices during the operation, they will be banned for 2 weeks as well, anyone after trying to get that persons sentence acting as their "Friend" trying to negotiate, will be banned for a week.

- Double Posting is Allowed, not triple or any farther (MPR is an exception)
- You can curse to your hearts content, but do not go overboard with it.
- If you want to flame someone it goes into terror spam only
- No gang flaming
- You can use up to 15 smilyes in a post, to many smileys looks unprofessional.
- Don't post images with the extension .BMP, otherwise called Bitmap. It takes up more space than other images, so it can lag the site if you repeatedly post .BMPs.

So, guys and gals, try not to break the rules. Mods and admins should know what the warning and punishment should be, so I'll leave it in their hands to decide. I added one rule, since most of the people here have some control over the forums, that abuse of status or power (unless its playful, like, in spam/terrorspam) can lead to a possible demotion. All demotions etc will handled by our greatest admins, KoK and BMA.

---Member Behavior---
All members are free to move as they please, but please be respectful to Admins and Mods. There here to help, give judgement, and make everyones lives on ncn eaiser.

---User Arguments---
Any Member or Admin is free to defend his or her own point of view. if it gets out of hand, on a forum argument it will be moved to the argument section. on the CB, it will be asked to move to PM or PC, failure to comply equals ban based on the rubric.

---Language---
All members of NcN are required to be able to talk fully in English. Use of any other language (without permission) will result in a 10 minute ban from the forum and Chatbox. 2nd time is a ban for life.
